The complete Sport Elite kit comes with 12 gel electrodes, four lead wires, a battery charger, and the Muscle Stimulator control—pre-set with nine unique Compex programs. No matter your goals, this revolutionary technology lets athletes choose the type of electro-stimulation they want and to safely target the muscle groups that need it.
    Pre-Warmup Program: Low frequency with no contraction of the muscle. Intended to oxygenate muscles before a workout to help prevent cramping.
    Resistance Program: Works fast and slow-twitch muscle fibers similar to effects of light weight training.
    Endurance Program: Works slow-twitch muscle fibers to help promote blood flow.
    Strength Program: Works fast-twich fibers at max power without putting stress on the joints and tendons.
