Has expiration 11/20. Nothing expires it depends on stickiness. These are new and unopened. I’ve personally used some are they work great
It lasts anywhere from 10-25 uses normally, but you can extend the life by wiping it down with a damp cloth and keeping it clean or use electrode gel to reactivate it.
Great for back pain and sciatica! Though it can’t remove the pain it’s a distraction that makes it bearable, in my opinion
