Antique Mohair Fox Terrier Head Turns ( Steiff ?) Stuffed Plush Dog Bell Vintage

Description

Antique Mohair Terrier (I believe a fox terrier). The head turns and the tail wags (i.e., isn't completely stiff).
Possible Steiff. There are no identifying tags.
Stands well. There are some patches where the fur is bit bare -- particularly on the snout and paws (see pictures). There is a black spot under the dog's left eye (I think probably occurred during manufacturing)
The collar is purple and has two bells.
