    Airtech Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump.  Type VI8-GRD.0017.  3400 rpm motor, Pmax of 45 mbar and Qmax of 11.4 m^3/h.  I bought this pump new open box and could not figure out how to make it work properly so I am getting rid of it now.  My loss your gain.  The silver tube is the start capacitor for the motor.  Being sold as is.  Make an offer.
